Fantastic Insurance

Superb company, great on renewal, no fuss, also have access to their Pet Health Helpline which is run by qualified veterinary nurses 24/7 always available and offer a fantastic service. Also have vets too, so useful if you need any advice about your pet. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Great company!

Signing up for a pet insurance policy for my rabbits with Agria was super easy and hassle free, plus also very affordable. When I unfortunately lost one of my rabbits, I phoned Agria to cancel her policy. The customer representative on the other end of the phone was so compassionate and understanding of the really difficult time I was going through. Always helpful & there for us

We have an epileptic labrador who also suffers thyroid & hip dysplasia, and a dalmatian who is good at getting into mischief! To know they are there to help if anything happens, and continually help with all the meds the labrador requires, is a relief! Not one problem!

I’ve been using this pet insurance for over two years now and I have not had one single issue with them. Every time I need to call the advice and help is always great and the same. As you might find in come companies, depending on who you speak to will change the response and therefor the help you receive whereas at agria I have always found the customer service consistently amazing.
