When our Valentina was insured by Agria her claims were so complicated and I fully expected a lot of hassle but Agria were wonderful and every single claim was refunded. Our hearts were broken when she passed away but the sacrifice was one of love, not money. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Best pet insurance!

If I could I would rate higher! Our cat had a few health problems & so when we went through to claim through the insurance. It was so easy & stress free! & was no hassle! & recently our cat was attacked & passed away the compassion I received was amazing you could tell they were genuinely censor .. & was surprised & touched to receive a hand written card giving there condolences which i have never received of any other insurance company… i know that my pets are there priority…i will always use agria from now on & will recommend anyone to join them Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Fantastic service, fantastic cover

I was given a 5 week free insurance from the breeder we got our new family kitten from and could fault the service (or price) that we were offered for staying with the company! My family have used Agria Pet Insurance for both our family dogs and have never had any trouble with them, they even sent a "in our thoughts" card when we sadly had to let our first dog go to sleep for ever (and the grand old age of 15 years young!) Great experience with Agria

Our puppy started getting poorly at 6 months and has gone through a variety of tests to figure out whats wrong and thanks the Agria we were able to go ahead with these tests and discover she has lupus. Absolute lifesaver and super simple to claim to as can be done direct through the vets, really happy with choosing them as our insurers!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

I’ve been fortunate not to need to use Alfie’s policy to date and fingers crossed I will never need to but the main thing that stands out is the monthly updates like tips to prepare for fireworks, no other insurance policy has done this for us. Normally insurers only contact me when it’s time to renew but not Agria -they really care. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
