The staff at agria are great at explaining the policy in detail and keeping me updated. I really feel they have my pets best interests at heart and want me to have the best product that will meet me and my dogs’ needs. Always ready to help

No matter if something happened to our pet or client's pet, Agria was always ready to provide us with help, advice and support. There was no problem with financing the treatment, there was no problem with calling them. We have never experienced any pain, they always represent a high level of professionalism. The most fantastic helpful team

We lost our puppy due to undeveloped kidneys and the staff went beyond to help chase my Claim through - they called my vets to check it all went through and gave the correct address of where to send claim form.
