The staff at agria are great at explaining the policy in detail and keeping me updated. I really feel they have my pets best interests at heart and want me to have the best product that will meet me and my dogs’ needs. No matter if something happened to our pet or client's pet, Agria was always ready to provide us with help, advice and support. There was no problem with financing the treatment, there was no problem with calling them. We have never experienced any pain, they always represent a high level of professionalism.
