Fantastic insurers, Agria Pet Insurance were there when I needed them when my standard long haired dachshund had IVDD. From the first claim call, they took the financial stress from me, ensuring that I could concentrate on getting Oscar well and active again. So far as I am concerned Agria are simply the best! Boat cat finally insured thanks to Agria

We live with our cat on a narrowboat continuously cruising the British canals and struggled to find an insurense to take us on due to not having a permanent address. After several failed attempts I finally called Agria Pet Insurense and got through to an incredibly helpful member of staff. Even if he had not had a costumer with our circumstances before he took his time to make sure we would get coverage for our little boat cat. First rate pet insurer

Agria have been amazing from the start. There were various policy options to choose from for my cat, Pumpkin, with different levels of cover which I chatted through with the calm and friendly staff member over the telephone. Then when it turned out that Pumpkin needed eye surgery, I was relieved that the claim was covered (just had a bit to pay). Agria’s claims team processed the claim swiftly and it was actually our veterinary practice that submitted the claim on our behalf so it was really hassle free. I would definitely recommend Agria.
