Agria have been amazing from the start. There were various policy options to choose from for my cat, Pumpkin, with different levels of cover which I chatted through with the calm and friendly staff member over the telephone. Then when it turned out that Pumpkin needed eye surgery, I was relieved that the claim was covered (just had a bit to pay). Agria’s claims team processed the claim swiftly and it was actually our veterinary practice that submitted the claim on our behalf so it was really hassle free. I would definitely recommend Agria. I followed the free period from the breeder by continuing with Agria for insurance. Not anticipating any issues with our dog we were hit with a broken leg and apprehensive about a claim. Our worries we're soon dispelled when the Vet took control and Agria took on the payments for the Vet bills, notifying us at every event. Once the dog was ok with the vet it was recommended that we help the recovery with hydrotherapy. We telephoned Agria for advice and they confirmed that it was ok to proceed, settling my bill separately. We have nothing but the highest regard for the seamless actions taken by our insurer. 5 stars isn't enough. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
