Customer service is outstanding, coverage variations...

Customer service is outstanding, coverage variations are very good and thorough. Offer advice about cover for your conditions. But you are paying a high rate for the privilege of total transparency. You may find cheaper, but they wont be as thorough and you will go on holiday, thinking you are covered, but only to find out that if you need to make a claim, you are not. All in all, I am and will remain for the foreseeable an AllClear customer. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

Wonderful travel insurance company

We have used All Clear for many years and been impressed with their service. We have shopped around but found their prices to be competitive. We did try another insurer one year - luckily we didn’t need to make a claim because contacting them was a nightmare. We are both over 70 with pre existing medical conditions and find the AllClear staff friendly, informative, knowledgeable and patient. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

I opened a travel insurance policy, with ny partner, in January with a view to going abroad for a month in the March. 5 days before we were due to travel my blood pressure was recorded at over 200. Inspite of the efforts of my Doctor, on the day we were due to travel, we had to cancel. I submitted a claim to AllClear and it was paid in full, less excess.
