I opened a travel insurance policy, with ny partner, in January with a view to going abroad for a month in the March. 5 days before we were due to travel my blood pressure was recorded at over 200. Inspite of the efforts of my Doctor, on the day we were due to travel, we had to cancel. I submitted a claim to AllClear and it was paid in full, less excess. They gave me clear info as to what was covered, and I felt the cost very good. I had to make a claim on our return which was dealt with promptly and settled without fuss. I have used them again this year for a staycation and again had a positive experience. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

The REAL test.....an accident abroad

I had to use my travel insurance for the first time this year when I had an accident resulting in an operation abroad and 10 days in hospital. I had been totally honest with them when I filled in my proposal form and they covered my medical bills and repatriation costs in full. I was even able to claim out of pocket expenses and £25 per night I was in hospital. I was fully supported and kept informed in this difficult time Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Had a medical issue and thought it would be difficult to get travel Insurance however I needn’t have worried as the All Clear representative gave me a great deal therefore I could go on holiday without any worries.,fortunately I did not have to use my insurance but it did give me peace of mind Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
