What an absolute joke of a service they provide. Great from a sales perspective but when it comes to claim. Claim was delayed by three months. Claims don’t speak to emergency claims. Claims don’t respond to customer relations. Claims don’t respond to you. An absolute shambles for the price that you pay. Avoid avoid avoid Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Insurance with pre-existing medical conditions.

We have taken out AllClear travel insurance for the past few years and fortunately have not needed to make a claim. Insurance is very expensive with so many pre-existing medical conditions but we have found AllClear to be very competitive and comprehensive. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Very easy to arrange, I didn’t need to make a claim so cannot comment on that. The customer service however was excellent and the insurance terms etc well explained and straight forward. Will definitely use again for next holiday. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
