Very straightforward company to deal with. Phone answered promptly and polite, efficient staff at the end of the phone. Price is OK but would be better with a loyalty bonus. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Straight forward easy to understand travel insurance.

Very easy to arrange, I didn’t need to make a claim so cannot comment on that. The customer service however was excellent and the insurance terms etc well explained and straight forward. Will definitely use again for next holiday. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Ideal annual travel insurance cover for both of us

The friendly advisers helped me with our annual travel cover and were very good in supporting me with my application and explaingin what I needed to share regarding my medications and conditions that I have. The price for the annual cover for myself and my husbnad was competitive and I feel the travel cover is good and was perfect for the cruise we went on. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
