i had a problem with a competitor of yours

i had a problem with a competitor of yours when I wanted to add a new health diagnosis. They effectively cancelled the insurance while they waited for their underwriter to think about it! They left me with no cover at all and could not say how long before they might reinstate the cover. I rang you and explained my medical history and got full cover straight away for my trip that was looming. Thank you so much for being so helpful and sorting cover so quickly. I feel safe and covered.

I feel safe and covered. I have an annual European cover policy. I’ve not had to make a claim and long may that continue. The price point was superb and the cover instant. I will use All Clear again and recommend to people I know with medical conditions requiring consideration. Reviewed on: 14th September 2024
