Peace of mind

Have a minor medical complaint be charged a premium.

Beware the 'nice' sales person - it's a front. Had a minor medical problem and disclosure resulted in asking me for additional premium or else having that and previous stuff exempt! Sales ref thought Dubrovnik was in Africa, I said Croatia, he said "Oh, Asia" & this telephone rep works for travel insurance company! I am fit as a flea, zero risk at claiming, no previous insurance claims but giving customers the all-clear??!! No chance. Beware! Reviewed on: 13th September 2019
