Taking out insurance is a two way contract. On one hand you need to know that your needs have been understood and adequately covered especially on medical matters, equally it is essential that the premiums are competitive. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

We had a missed port on a cruise last year and contacted them with what we thought was a claim, they said no this is a benefit of the policy and made life very easy in dealing with this, we have recommended them to many others because of their efficiency. Reviewed on: 19th September 2018

I have 'travel insurance' with my bank but when I called to inform them of recent resolved problems, I was informed only one problem (solved) was covered.
