Spring disappointment till All Clear sprang into action

The day before CHristmas Eve I was knocked over by a burly man who was not looking where he was going.As I fell I hurt my knee.I had in September booked a walking holiday for the spring.When the time came to pay the full amount for the holiday I realised that my leg was still not strong enough to support me on a long distance walk so decided to cancel the holiday.I was disappointed but decided that was the best thing to do.I was very happy with All. Clears dealing of the cancellation and the speed with which they repaid my deposit.The proof of the pudding is in the tasting and I was so glad I had chosen a company who were there for me when I needed help.This is the first claim in many years of travelling that I have ever had to make and hope it will be the last but All Clear proved to me that I can trust and rely upon them.
