Every year all clear take a wadge of money of me. I've never made a claim, so i've no idea whether or not they would pay out. My limited experience of making a claim against travel insurance was after the icelandic volcano left me stranded in Spain. I kept receipts of expenditure and sent them to my insurance company, who kept the receipts and laughed. The most annoying part was that I had been far more parsimonious than I would have been if I'd known it was all going to be at my own expense. Who knows whether All Clear would have been any better? I buy the insurance because the tour operators insist on it. I suspect that it's money down the drain. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018

Excellent value for money

I had tried several different companies for travel insurance, but, having had a heart attack, septicaemia and cancer over the past three years, I found that AllClear offered the best value for money, to the extent that I took out a policy for an entire year. With one or two vagaries of subsequent experience, I found that they were helpful and precise over the phone. I have already on several occasions recommended the company for 'value for money', understanding and helpfulness. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018
