Fortunately we have not had cause to use the insurance but have total peace of mind now that we have it. I also have cover for myself on the policy should we have to cancel in the event of my wife not being able to travel. This also provides peace of mind. The policy provides annual cover so we don't need to renew for each trip we make. Reviewed on: 6th August 2018

Pre existing condition

Helpful and I can insure my family with complications

Making traveling easy

I have an AVM and as a result of a bleed have got epilepsy. As you know getting travel insurance based on any health factors can be difficult, and the thought of not having insurance that covers every eventuality is frightening. I've used you for my insurance for years now and will never use anyone else. I feel safe that you understand all the medical issues I have, therefore there would be no surprises if I had to use you at any point. I just re-did my yearly insurance because of going to America in September and feel that I'm in very good hands. As ones says when you're getting something so clear that anyone can understand it "it does what it says on the box". Simple, affordable and quick
