Polite & informative customer service representative.

Very easy to call & purchase our annual holiday insurance. The customer service advisor was very polite & informative, & when unsure of a question we asked him he enquired with other advisors to give us an answer. He was helpful in letting us know that if any change happened in our medical situations during our policy time, that we should get in touch with AllClear to advise them. Easy to set up the insurance

Easy to set up the insurance (hence the many good reviews) but many hoops to negotiate when making a claim and help when in a foreign country having had an accident not as it should be. Be sure to have someone competent at home to help in the event of an incident when away. Probably not better or worse than the competition. Reviewed on: 12th October 2025

My partner has had more health issues than me.

My partner has had more health issues than me. The call handlers were very helpful in offering different quotes and providing all options open to us including a variety of countries. This is often difficult to predict as we tend to book trips last minute. In the end we found it was better value for money to buy two seperate annual travel insurance policies. One drawback may be that we are not recognised as together if one of us needed to intiate a notification/ claim ifor the other if they were was incapacitated. Reviewed on: 12th October 2025

I feel confident with All Clear

Excellent service in a very stressful situation.

My husband became unwell just after we boarded the plane for our return flight from the Bahamas. We had to leave the plane and seek medical attention and our return home was delayed by three days. All Clear reimbursed our hotel, taxi, new flight and medical expenses promptly. They were very helpful in what was a very stressful time. Reviewed on: 12th October 2025
