The most important factor for me is that the customer service is based in the UK. I don't like it when companies move their customer service to Southeast Asia without giving them the proper tools to fix customer issues. Even though the customer service isn’t 24/7, it’s worth the wait to speak to someone who can actually resolve the problem. Reviewed on: 16th September 2024
