All the benefits of a fin tech but you get the added extra of a human led contact centre and an account manager (In our case, Andy Castle, who is super helpful and responsive. Onboarding was easy and the platform is very straightforward to use. The interest rates on savings and the cash back reward are also very helpful - it's nice to see small businesses rewarded for their business banking! Reviewed on: 26th February 2026
