Delighted with Allica!

Previously, I with traditional bank for 30 years and was reluctant to move to an ebank my accountant had never heard of! However, the banking offer, personal contact with Allica, FCA approval, and my independent research convinced me to make the move - and I had a personal contact to help me along the way. Now that I’ve moved, I’m delighted. I’m earning far better interest on my cash and the banking app is fantastic and easy to use. A big bonus Is my ‘personal manager’ who is always available and very responsive - in my last bank, my manager was replaced by a call centre. Now that I’m settled with Allica, I realise it’s a great way to go. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

We would recommend Allica Bank

We are a small business and we had massive bank charges with another well know bank. We had endless issue when calling the call centre ect. We were recommended Alica bank from our financial advisor and it was so easy to switch. We had personal phone contact with the same person Nicola each time and we were allocated a personal bank manager that we can call whenever we needed any help. Receiving bank cards was also easy and setting up online was also easy . I would 100% recommend Allica Bank Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
