Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. I had a few problems. I was unable to indicate on the app or web what I wanted to do with the funds on a 6 month maturity. I had to call customer service. I wanted to transfer it to a new product but was unable to do that and also couldn’t open a new account using the same email address. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024
