Friendly, professional and efficient

As previously stated, this bank has friendly and efficient employees who always work professionally. Reviewed on: 6th March 2022

Satisfied

No complaints so far. Regarding the "not recommended" above, this is because I have a policy not to make recommendations with regard to financial matters, save perhaps when I have received bad service, which is not the case here. Reviewed on: 6th March 2022

Good service, great interest rate.

My Allica savings account is an important part of my financial arrangements. It was easy to set up, it's easy to access and pays an interest rate well above any others. Reviewed on: 6th March 2022

Lack of direct contact

I am disappointed that at no time during application or deposit do I recall receiving a communication from Allica Bank. My only contact has been one-way with their website. Reviewed on: 6th March 2022
