Thankfully I never needed to make a claim, but buying this product was so simple and at a great price. I received regular updates during a very difficult time period so communication was excellent. Arranged travel insurance on-line without any problems. Since have a few medical problems (but all under control} expected a high premium or even no quote. Although we had to pay extra it was not too high and all conditions covered. Reviewed on: 27th July 2020
