I`ve been buying Alpha Holiday Insurance over the last few years. Pricing is good, the website is clear and easy to navigate and you get to choose the level of cover and excesses. If you have a medical condition you want covered again, easy. I had to make a claim as the airline lost my hold luggage and Alpha Ins. were fantastic. My claim was paid quickly and no quibbling over my claim. I had two holidays cancelled by the Tour Operator, as over 14 days Alpha refunded 50% of the premium which I think is pretty good. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 25th July 2020

I've never had to claim, but to apply is simple and quick and straightforward, the premium is cheap, and the instructions as to what to do if anything were to happen while you are abroad are very clear. This is the best traveller insurer. We frequently bring my elderly mother on holiday and she is just classed as one of the family instead of an elderly person where the premium increases greatly if indeed they will cover them at all. Would never go anywhere else and definitely recommend this company as they clearly have integrity, unlike so many. Thank you so much!! Reviewed on: 25th July 2020

Our family &ourselves (12 of us) use Alpha every year when we travel to america. Great price, top quality cover and if you have to use them, they are quick and efficient to sort your claim instantly.
