Great insurance company.look after their clients

Great service during covid19. Rang them to ask advise on moving my policy to the same dates next year. Lovely lady told me she would pass on my request to the underwriters and they would be in touch. Sure has it they did and offered to change the dates for 2021. Cant fault the service I got. Have used them many times before and will continue and will definitely recommend my friends and family. Had an unfortunate accident whilst on holiday last year, cannot fault Alpha for their support, it happened out of hours on a Sunday and really couldn’t have asked for better, no quibble assistance which got me through an upsetting and difficult time, I recommend them 100% and will always use them whenever I need insurance.
