Very easy to use and quotes are great, no excess single person quites i have had have been the best quotes around by some way. Have used them for quite a while now. Not had to make a claim so don't know how they respond but no issues so far. Reviewed on: 25th July 2020

Best Holiday Insurance

I`ve been buying Alpha Holiday Insurance over the last few years. Pricing is good, the website is clear and easy to navigate and you get to choose the level of cover and excesses. If you have a medical condition you want covered again, easy. I had to make a claim as the airline lost my hold luggage and Alpha Ins. were fantastic. My claim was paid quickly and no quibbling over my claim. I had two holidays cancelled by the Tour Operator, as over 14 days Alpha refunded 50% of the premium which I think is pretty good. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 25th July 2020
