After reading all the negative reviews towards Alpha Travel Insurance, I will join them. They take half an hour to answer their phones, they dont reply to emails and they tell different stories every time as they don know what their policies are. This 50% refund is a con in these troubled times especially when travel companies offer full refunds or transfering your holiday to a later date for a better price. None of which Alpha will do. Leave this company alone they are inefficient thieves and liars. Reviewed on: 30th May 2020

took out annual policy which was a great price, later booked a cruise so had to add cruise insurance. Whole process was quick, easy and price very competetive. definitley recommend Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
