Our luggage got lost on our way to our holiday. We had to buy a few clothes to keep us going for 4 days until our luggage arrived at our hotel. We submitted receipts etc and Alpha reimbursed us promptly with no hassle at all. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 24th July 2020
