Broken neck was not the end of the world!

In 2016, I broke my neck whilst staying with my son and family in USA. I was admitted into hospital, where I was operated on by a neurological surgeon. Alpha responded very quickly to give permission for the treatment and surgery, and paid all the bills I received, with no hesitation. I was fortunate to make a full recovery. When you have medical conditions to declare, you need a straightforward application process like the one Alpha travel have. Realistic questions, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Always my go to travel insurance company....and I've done lots if research! Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
