Broke my pelvis in Thailand. Alpha paid for my hospital expenses and a business class flight home accompanied by a nurse. I have used them for many years and they also covered most of the money that was stolen from a hotel safe a few years ago, excluding the excess Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

Never use them

Tried to cancel outr joint insurance after husband had a hip replacement . Only after threatening them did they allow government but NOT. His hip his tennis partner only had to pay an extra£5 to get cover with another company Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

Dealing direct with Alpha was a pleasant experience.

I tried buying Alpha insurance via third party site but that didn’t work well . Buying direct from Alpha was much simpler and the staff were helpful. I will be taking out a worldwide USA for myself and wife later this year to visit family. Reviewed on: 12th July 2025
