Took out cover for a UK holiday including COVID cover.

Took out cover for a UK holiday including COVID cover. A claim was made following our son not being able to join us due to contracting COVID a day before travel. The claims process was definitely not smooth and required perseverance on our part to ensure ALL the I's were dotted and the T's crossed but several months after we had returned home we were provided with a 1/3 refund. I am sure most insurance claims are just as hard. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

My family holiday to Cyprus

My family travelled to Cyprus a few years ago. My Mum fell ill and past away there. Alpha were brilliant and compassionate with our situation.
