Really Decent Choice.

Have used Alpha for travel insurance for past 7 years. Always competitively priced and they make it simple to choose and take out a policy. Claims are outsourced to a claims company, but having had to make one claim in 2023 (last-minute cancellation due to partner's health), there weren't any problems. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

We have used Alpha a few times we have never had any problems everything we need is covered with options to add other things only once we have made a medical claim when we was in America but everything we paid up front was paid back virtually as soon as we landed back in the UK excellent service and fantastic call centre which helped us Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
