Absolutely shocking company

I foolishly didn’t research this company until after I had taken there product. To say they have no knowledge of uk consumer law is the biggest understatement I’ll ever make . Stay away from these jokers Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

Brilliant company

These guys have constantly kept me informed about everything going on with my finance. I have contacted them on various occasions about some general queries and to pay off my agreement early and the guys I've spoken to on the end of the phone have really been a great help and all really friendly. Very good company

Useless

All I needed was a copy of my finance agreement for my accountant. After three phone calls over three days, and a final 35 minute phone call, I still haven’t received the document/agreement. They kept sending me an agreement which wasn’t for me, and was for a completely different person and car. I will never use this company again. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Crap service

Pay off in full, they miss part of payment , ring to sort, get a letter saying I am in arrears, ring again, oh it's just automated, no apology no nothing, managers all in a meeting. Won't go near again Reviewed on: 26th July 2018

Here to cheat your money. They do not honour the terms of the contract

Never go with Alphera financial services! Despite me cancelling the agreement within 3 days, well within my rights of cancelling within 14 days as per the contract, and providing them evidence of me doing so, they are still trying to make me pay an advance of £9000 plus interest! They can't even honour the contract and the 14 day cooling off period. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018
