Crap service

Pay off in full, they miss part of payment , ring to sort, get a letter saying I am in arrears, ring again, oh it's just automated, no apology no nothing, managers all in a meeting. Won't go near again Reviewed on: 26th July 2018

Here to cheat your money. They do not honour the terms of the contract

Never go with Alphera financial services! Despite me cancelling the agreement within 3 days, well within my rights of cancelling within 14 days as per the contract, and providing them evidence of me doing so, they are still trying to make me pay an advance of £9000 plus interest! They can't even honour the contract and the 14 day cooling off period. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018

Terrible service I advise everyone staying away from this company.

They are there not to serve but how to get you in to rip you off. I xm trying to pay off the loan of 30.000 thru would only give discount of $85.00 for whole amount owed while charging 7% interest. Reviewed on: 26th January 2018

top notch service & highly recommended

Alphera was the only company that considered financing the SUV I desperately needed due to a permanent disability. They're extremely flexible and always supportive if I need them to take a payment late or whatever. I'm shocked by the poor ratings here, as long as you communicate with them I have found they bend over backwards to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Car loan was paid off two weeks ago, still no title

Our car loan was paid off over two weeks ago and Alphera has not released our title. We were told they were holding it until our funds cleared (which was 2 weeks ago) and now they say it's released when we call everyday but everyday our states confirms it has not been. We now have to get our attorney involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Reviewed on: 16th August 2017
