Since using ANNA I have found the service to be much better than high street banks and the best online banking service out of the 3 I have used. It’s so easy to get a response to your questions than making long winded phone calls. Send them a message and carry on with your day and a response arrives in no time at all. I’ve opened my very first business account with Anna after it being recommended by many people - it was fast and efficient, the customer service is very good, they respond very quickly. I recently opened a business account up with ANNA and being an absolute novice to the business world and how things work the staff at ANNA have helped amazingly throughout the process made me feel confident in what I was doing and moving forward with my business. The app is brilliant, easy to use and prompt you if there is any issue and what to do to rectify any issue.
