Opened an account with Anna Bank in January, who then continued to give us two months free as our trading was delayed by three months due to a bereavement. Wrote £120 off in fees, which isn’t a lot, but it was great fully received. Highly recommend Anna to anyone Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

I was with another Fintechchallenger bank who were awful - I converted to ANNa and these guys are first class. When things go array as they do in business they are always on end of chat immediately - other banks take 48hrs to weeks to respond Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

So like a year ago I tried opening an account but had some issues with the up. Then I stumbled upon them again and this time it worked haha. I'm positively surprised by the chat based application, the support is blazing fast, like I literally wait less than 2 min for someone to reply and its not bot based. Refreshing and I hope they keep growing because the app has amazing potential to offer a lot of other banking products that I would love to see. Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

Simple straight forward banking

For someone new to business banking, ANNA Money is so simple to use and “idiot proof”. I particularly like the chat feature where I can get access to anything in my accounts and questions are answered quickly. Invoices are easy to collate and the automated emails are a life saver.
