A great banking app.

A great banking app. Everything is easy to navigate, all charges are clear and easy to understand. I especially like being able to add my expenses and keep track of everything. The only issue I have is that I have been unable to pay cash in at my local post office. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Fantastic Customer Service

If I ever have issues, I pop a note in the search bar & someone always gets back to me within seconds. It's not a generic message either; I can ask a 'complicated' question & they answer like humans should. It's so easy to use, invoicing is no problem & paying in/out is a breeze. They'll always check the merchant you are paying & let you know if there's anything wrong BEFORE your payment is made. Have been using them nearly 4 years now & wouldn't use anyone else. Intuitive app, 5* customer service.

I love the invoicing tool and chat function, makes everything so easy! Using the pay as you go account has helped me understand when and how to best upgrade my account. I had a technical issue (with my phone not the Anna app) and customer service was excellent and problem solved in under 10 minutes! I wouldn't bank anywhere else! Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
