Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Administering them is always very easy and if I have ever had a problem I have always been able to speak to a real person who has helped me well. Easy to use App, no hidden unpleasant surprises!

Atom: easy to open and use

Have been using Atom for several years now and have had good rates of interest in that time. Very easy to apply for an account and the app is easy to use. I am kept up to date with statements. So far I have had a very good experience with Atom and hope to continue to do so. I even encouraged my family to also open accounts because of the ease of operating the app together with the good interest rates. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
