Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Their interest rates are very competitive

I find the Atom's website and app very simple to navigate. Their interest rates are very competitive, and Atom keeps you updated on your investments without bombarding you with messages. This allows for a seamless user experience, making it easy to stay informed. Overall, I appreciate their approach to customer communication and the transparency they offer. Really easy to use with straightforward offerings- no trying to confuse you with lots of different types of accounts. Transparent information and quick and easy to apply for new accounts or make changes through the app, but still feels very secure and trustworthy.
