Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Friendly service and easy accessability

Using the app is easy and I can access my account quickly. Any transaction are carried out quickly and money transfers. I am informed of any changes in rates and updates to services. I appreciate that there is always someone to speak to over the phone if needed as some online banks do not provide this special customer service. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
