Easy to use app/excellent rates of interest

Easy to use app. Rates of interest are very competitive and have been over the many years I have banked with them. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Contacting customer services to resolve issues has always been quick and easy whenever I've needed help. Setting up accounts is seamless and the documentation provided has been easily accessible. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I will consider Atom Bank one of the best around...

I have banked with Atom Banked for the past 5 years and entrusted them with my savings. It was very easy and straightforward to open my online savings account and correspondence to confirm receipt of my deposit was immediate. It was also very easy to view and manage my savings account in the App. Every information I could need was there regarding maturity date, expected interests etc. Subsequent opening of new savings account is simplified from the information held on my first account and information on other financial products is readily available to enable informed decisions.
