Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Competitive rates and good service

I opened two Atom savings accounts a few years ago. Their interest rates rates are competitive with the larger more well known banks. I have rarely needed customer services but they were easy to contact when I did a few years ago. I plan to maintain my savings accounts with Atom and have also recommended Atom to friends.
