Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great app and good interest rates.

Easy to use app when transferring money between accounts. Easy to read and understand different accounts on offer and straightforward to set up. I like the security as well, being able to choose between 6 digit code, fingerprint or facial recognition. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Doubts extinguished.

When I first used Atom Bank on the recommendation of a trusted friend I was wary of the service that an on-line service could offer. However my practical experience has completely erased those doubts. Being able to talk to a friendly helpful sympathetic advisor when I need help was extremely reassuring. Their combination of market leading interest rates, a user friendly website and the aforementioned practical help cannot in my experience be bettered. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
