I have used Avanti on a number of occasions in recent years. The staff are always helpful,pleasant and knowledgeable as well as very respectful and patient when discussing medical issues. On one particular occasion, a friend and I struggled to find joint travel insurance due to our medical histories without paying a ridiculous amount of money. Avanti were able to meet our needs in a professional and reassuring manner at a reasonable cost. Rapid payout

Whilst on holiday last year, our holiday home was burgled. Although we had to send original receipts for items that were stolen with our claim, Avanti Travel Insurance paid our claim much faster than our daughter's insurance company did. I found, this time and previous experiences, pleasant and social. Without wasting the operators time, I found out her name, that she came from the Orkneys and we had a laugh, all within the realms of getting the travel insurance I wanted at the price I expected. On enquiring found to be helpful,with what I required,also guided me on quality and give a price cheaper than a original quote by pointing out to me that my wife been younger would be cheaper which I had not picked up on.very very helpful. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017
