I have used Avanti on a number of occasions in recent years. The staff are always helpful,pleasant and knowledgeable as well as very respectful and patient when discussing medical issues. On one particular occasion, a friend and I struggled to find joint travel insurance due to our medical histories without paying a ridiculous amount of money. Avanti were able to meet our needs in a professional and reassuring manner at a reasonable cost. Whilst on holiday last year, our holiday home was burgled. Although we had to send original receipts for items that were stolen with our claim, Avanti Travel Insurance paid our claim much faster than our daughter's insurance company did.
