Excellent customer service and communications!

We used Avanti fir the first time for our most recent holiday. The moment we paid we received a welcome email with everything we needed for our insurance. We got regular emails and another wishing us a lovely holiday. All information was readily available and we knew all the phone numbers before we set off. Will definitely use Avanti again! Thankyou! Really helpful customer service

I rang to book a single trip insurance but the agent on the phone was so helpful that I ended up having an annual travel insurance which covers all the holidays I hope to take this year including a cruise. I chose Avanti as even though originally they couldn’t cover my trip, they helped me find another provider. When I needed to renew my insurance, Avanti were my first choice.
