We have been with Avanti for several years now and cannot fault them. Professional, easy to contact, helpful, great staff. Since losing my husband to covid I had to contact them to get insurance cover for myself and we had a credit on with them from early covid days, which they allowed me to use against my new policy. On the day I arrived on holiday I had a fall and was admitted to hospital and I was contacted by customer services to check everything was ok with myself and they sorted everything direct with Alicante hospital and no issues whatsoever.
