Having had my travel insurance with Staysure for the last few years, I found that my future travel plans couldn't be matched with a suitable policy. It was suggested that I contact their sister company Avanti and I am very pleased with the service, comprehensive information and the policy I was offered. The member of staff was helpful, efficient and I received the necessary documentation very promptly. When I had to make a claim due to illness on holiday, and not able to travel home on the due date Avanti Travel were very helpful. On receipt of invoices sent to them, they refunded me all the extra expenses incurred for taxi and train travel. A very efficient, professional and helpful company. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
