Having a few existing medical conditions and awaiting a minor medical procedure was causing some hassle with other providers. Upon ringing Avanti these issues were sorted through with the agent in a through professional and assuring manner. Add to this, 15 months of worldwide cruise and travel cover, at a not too outrageous cost and all in all I was very pleased. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Great cover, very competitive pricing and so easy to deal with. Once policy is in place you can log on to your policy documents view the contents in detail and print off if needed. Particularly like the regular online newsletter which is informative featuring up to date travel guidance for those choosing to travel in the current circumstance. Highly reccomend Avanti to anyone in need of travel insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Holiday misadventure!

On holiday in Portugal I fell on sand covered slabs and had a nasty gash to my knee. I was advised to get it stitched quickly to avoid scarring so went to a private hospital as the alternative would mean a long wait. On return I submitted my claim with supporting hospital documents, this was paid quickly and without question. Great service! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
