Having had to postpone an exciting holiday Avanti have given us credit for a premium paid and will put it towards a rearranged holiday. There was no hassle whatsoever

In the past I was unable to go on a planned holiday with my sister to Germany due to her sustaining an injury therefore the holiday had to be cancelled. I found Avanti very easy to deal with & my claim was paid out promptly (unlike my sister’s insurance company). In 2019 I took a holiday to New Zealand (which I’m so pleased I did due to current circumstances I wouldn’t have been able to see my elderly sister. The cost of the additional insurance I thought was very reasonable. For these reasons I’ve continued to use Avanti for my travel insurance & would no hesitation in recommending Avanti.
