This company keeps you updated monthly, which is a bonus.I cannot review on making a claim as I haven't had to do so.I did get in touch with them once to increase my cover and was able to speak to someone personally which makes a change, no robot. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

We had to make a claim in January 2020 for two cruises. The claim forms were easy to complete and Avanti responded immediately and the money was quickly sent to the bank. Absolutely excellent service in unfortunate circumstances. We were again accepted and we are now enjoying a cruise on the Queen Elizabeth around the UK. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021
