Such a helpful relief, great advice and excellent customer service

When I first approached Back2Credit I was very dubious. I was feeling the effect of heavy debt as a single parent after a relationship breakdown. After losing my job I couldn't see light at the end of a long dark tunnel, but with the help of Back2Credit I have finally seen some light. They provided me with the most genuine advice, even the bad stuff. They handled everything for me and contacted all of my credit companies, made arrangements with them so I could manage one lump sum a month. I was no longer hounded by companies and even if I were, I can contact Back2Credit and their friendly team help me as much as they can. Provided simple and effective support at difficult time

B2C aided me in developing a debt management plan during a difficult period. The customer service has been examplar with B2C keeping me informed of every step of the process. Equally when circumstances have changed and I have had to contact B2C, the process has been very easy and B2C staff have been very approachable, helpful and quick to respond.
