Quick and easy but not great customer service

Bamboo's application was easy and efficient - the money was in my account much quicker than I'd expected. Last month I was struggling due to a low commission month in my sales roll and they did everything they could to ensure the trouble I was going through wasn't compounded. Excellent service all round. Before contracting a loan from Bamboo loans I was turned down by several other loan providers, even though I have a decent credit score but Bamboo loans came to my rescue.
