Easy, value and convenient

Bamboo provided me with a £10k consolation loan, which instantly reduced my monthly outgoings by £400. Subsequently, my credit score has increased so significantly that I was able to take an alternative lower interest consolidation loan with my bank. This enabled me to take an early settlement with Bamboo and save overall on interest, but I’d not have been in the position to do so without the original Bamboo consolidation loan. The website was clear, easy to use and communication was concise. When it came to settlement, again there were no barriers such as phone calls required, it was 100% online, virtually instant and confirmation communications were with me within minutes. From the moment I filled in my application online I knew I'd done the right thing. Open and honest, no hidden fees and the best part of all great customer service. Its so rare nowadays that the person on the other end of the phone takes the time to listen to you and answer any and all questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured.
